At Argos Fragrances, we strive for complete satisfaction with our luxury scents; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury presentation box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to our distribution center for inspection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's pristine condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
